How long are the DT loc socs and is that a cotton stretch material?

My DT doesn't have the loc socs. I walked up and down every aisle and looked at every end cap.

The ones I found were all just thrown in some random spot. Once with the hair accessories (just jammed in on the bottom), once with hair utensils (in a bin), once with summer stuff (flip flops, etc.). At no time was it displayed as if done intentionally. It looked like they were being deliberately hidden from me.

I can measure them when I get home. I would guess that they are about 15" long and they are made of a stretchy cotton fabric.
