Liquid, Powder, or Pill?

Which do you think is more effective and works faster when it comes to taking a supplement?


Alcohol seems to work fast when you're drinking lol.
Pills tho, because of toxins and stuff might not get absorbed all the way.

I wish pills worked as fast as medicine does. I hear it can take months before you see any effects from vitamins.

liquid all the way. i take liquid vitamins and i swear they are 500 times better than pill ones.

if i remember correctly, liquids are absorbed directly thru the walls of your stomach. that's why alcohol works so fast... it doesn't have to be processed thru your intestines and all that. right from the stomach to the bloodstream.

I've always taken supplements in liquid form since I have difficulty swallowing pills. I've heard it somewhere that supplements taken in liquid form are absorbed 98% more than taking them in pill form. Sometimes the body will keep the pill intact even after it has become part of our waste.

If you crush your vitamins and put them in juice or something is that the same as taking the powdered or liquid versions? I just don't see how they're that different, because if you take the pills with water, don't they diffuse in the liquid in your stomach? Why are they less effective?
