This by far is the best relaxer i have ever used and i have tried them all over the years. No strong chemical smell, no buring. The neutralizing conditioner was excellent, i didnt experience any hardness but the opposite my hair was detangled and soft. I would definately recommend highly. I used the Lye version. Picture is of the end result today.
