I'm thinking of incorporating one into my regimine each month. I used one by Nutress last night but was wondering if there was something better.

Can you order AOGPB online? I went to about 4 different stores and no one carries it or has heard of it.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I think I'm going with Aubrey.

Try eggs before you shampoo! I did them when I had a natural

Take two/three eggs and beat them like you would if you were going to scramble them. Dampen your hair and message in the eggs, put on a plastic cap and wait 15 mins and rinse. Make sure you rinse it with cool water because the eggs will cook with hot water

. After you rinse shampoo as normal.
