I like the smell of the product however I think the line is over priced. I get better results with alma oil and coconut oil. I never tried the shampoo and the conditioner just the treatment.

I have the Anicent Tribal Rejuvenating Conditioner, but I haven't gotten around to using it yet. I can't wait. I hope it is everything it is Hyped Up to Be !

I will let you know, when I use it tho'. Have you purchased any of it? But We Need ShiShiPooPoo to come in and answer.:yep: It is part of her Siggy.

I have the restorative treatment but I don't use it as a treatment. I use mostly when I flat iron. It really softens my hair and is non-greasy. I also have the Tawaka cream, I think that's what it's called. I used it as a moisturizer for my hair. It's ok. Just not moisturizing enough and a little heavy. The QB Cocoa Tree Detangling Ghee works better for me.

I think that Ojon is expensive too and how I can't imagine it being any better than Elucence or other high quality shampoo..I admit I wanna try it. I'll just get the trial size from Sephora.

I have used the restorative treatment for years as a pre poo and as a sorta moisturizer. I just used the ultra hydrating shampoo and conditioner for my post BKT wash. I get mine of Ebay. Its cheaper there. HTH :yep:

I haven't tried the products, however if you still wanted to try them, I noticed a few of the Ojon were on sale at curlmart.com

OMG i love ojon. i can live without the treatment. it was ok but not to die for. but the ultra hydrating shampoo, ultra hydrating shampoo, tawaca conditioner and the revitalizing mist is great. infact i use the revitalizing mist every night before i apply my cream moisturizer. i cant live without that stuff. i buy the jumbo bottle from hsn because i think its cheaper than the little bottle when you think of it. i swore by it when i was relaxed as a leave in and now as a natural i still can do without it. its amazing. def. in my top 3 products.

HI!

I really like the Revitalizing Mist. Man, that stuff is a perm. staple in my regime-instant detangling with very little product. The Tawaka poo and condish make my hair too soft so I can't use them every week. They smell great like chocolate :lick:. I use the poo as body wash and face wash and my skin is immaculate. I also use the rejuvenating cream on my face and around my eyes. I didn't like it on my hair because it made it feel coated and waxy. Ummmmm...if you are looking for instant softness/moisture it does that very well BUT cut it with some protein as to not overmoisturize and you'll be cool. I really like the products though AND the Tawaka poo is no tears so I also use it on my kids' hair. I got the BIG sizes off ebay. I never tried the ultra hydrating poo or condish.

I love Ojon, including the scent which is, imo, simply delicious.

The restorative treatment does an excellent job of moisturizing my hair and the ultra hydrating conditioner give a cowash like no other. If you're interested, try the small sizes and see if you like it.

I got the revitalizing mist last week and love it (ooh, and that smell...:lick:) but I'm unsure as to how to use it or the most effective way to use it. I am relaxed...any helpful tips/suggestions would be appreciated!

Use it to rollerset. You will love the results girl!:yep:

I love it because you can't use too much so I just rewet with it when I rollerset if my hair starts to dry before I can roll it.;

I never thought of using it that way! Great idea, thank you! =] And I do love that you cant use to much, it's a really great spray.

I like the restorative treatment, but really and truly it is nothing more than a fancy, high-priced pre poo. For your average person, it is probably a gem. But for us LHCFers, we know dozens of pre-poo concoctions that can rival this one. :yep:

I haven't liked any of the other products I've tried from Ojon.

the restorative treatment did nothing for me as a pre poo
coconut oil can probly rival the stuff]i use the restorative treatment to moisturize my ends now
the ultra hydrating shampoo and condish suck :nono:
it smells wonderful though
the tawaka lotion is pretty good too
like someone above said for the avg person maybe but the lhcf gals can do so much better than overhyped ojon
for some people it does work wonders though

Its ok but i have 2 problems with it. to little for me to do anything with. the price is to high. i've read online that coconut oil is just as good.

LOVE the restorative, hated the hydrating shampoo and condish, DESPISED the styling cream! OMG it was horrible! I put some on in ricky's and my hair felt dry and smelled like sour vomit with maple syrup. The scent wouldn't wash off so I felt naseous until I left work and was able to scrub a dub at home.

I like the Restorative Treatment. It's pricey, but it's a great moisturizer. It leaves my hair SO soft. :yep: I was using it as a pre-poo originally, but it's not really necessary. Maybe I'll start pre-pooing with it again once the winter dryness starts beating my hair up again. It's only a luxury item for me now really though.

I tried Ojon When they first arrived on the market................

Thumbs down for me.
Absolutely Over priced.... and not very effective for me.

I also tried it when it first came on the market. The restorative worked well for me as a hair dressing during my transition (about the only thing that worked for me during that awful period of transitioning, way before I found LHCF). It lasted eight months, so I ordered another jar in 2005 and I still have it because, for some reason, it started making my hair hard. One Christmas my best friend got me the shampoo and conditioner, which (I never told her) were just horrible. They both dried my hair out terribly and I gave them away to someone on this forum as a matter of fact. I thought the styling cream would work well as a leave-in, but that too dried my hair out and I sent it back to QVC as I did the paste. I took one look at that and knew it was not going to work. I ordered the revitalizing styling mist two years ago on easy-pay and that was a wonderful detangler and leave-in and the 16 ounce bottle, though pricey, lasted a long time. I was very satisfied with it, but I make up my own detangler/leave-in mist, so...I never reordered it.

I bought the sample pack last year which came with the ultra hydrating shampoo and conditioner, restorative treatment, revitalizing mist, and hydrating styling creme. I only liked the restorative treatment and revitalizing mist. The shampoo and conditioner did nothing for my hair and the styling creme wasn't moisturizing enough.

It softened my hair for real. The treatment is moisturizing and a great prepoo. Your hair won't feel stripped after using the shampoo. And the conditioner melted into my hair.

My hair was moisturized after using these products and a did not dry crunchy. I was pretty amazed. Did I repurchase? No.... but now that I'm writing this review I may have to get some.

They've reformulated since it first came out on the market. One thing I noticed that they added to the formula are polyquaternium which we all love for slippage. They also took away ALS and subbed it for MLS
