Freshly relaxed.

1 week post.

I want to cut out the blow drying step from my routine.

What products should I use?

I'm thinking CHI keratin mist, some leave-in, and a serum to lock it all in.

What are my fellow relaxed ladies using?

Thanks for reading.

I'm one week post too, and I'm air drying as we speak. I used SSI Green Grape Leave-In, then I used a modified version of Kimmay's Leave-In Conditioner. After that, I put SSI Jojoba Healthy Hair Serum in my hair. I detangled and then gently brushed hair with a boar bristle brush and put on my du-rag for an hour. My hair is feeling pretty good.

Hmm. My plan seems solid then.

What do you plan on doing after air drying?

Straighten, bun it up?

You're hair is purty in your siggy

Once I get off this computer, I'm going to put my hair in six braids and put satin rollers on the ends. Hopefully, I'll have a nice braidout in the morning.

This is crazy. I'm air drying to do a braidout too lol.

How are you positioning the braids. I was thinking about doing two to line my face, two in the back, and one plait at the top. The same way Nina Pruitt does hers on youtube.

I think I will try the satin scarf method on mines.

I part my hair on the left side...so there's more hair on the right, so I'll do two braids in the front on the right side and one on the left side. One in the upper back and two in the lower back. I hope that makes sense.
