Hey guys I was wondering if any of you know any good law firms in my area (I'm in PG. Country Maryland). I plan on pursuing a lawsuit towards a company for repeatedly charging my account without my permission (I've nvr personally used their services).

I've been googling online and became a tad overwhelmed plus it seems some places only specialize in certain types of law so in conjunction with my search I thought I would bring it up here as well. I guess this would be a civil suit. So for anybody that knows a good place with quality lawyers please let me know.


Oh yea and preferably with free consultation :grin:
 
Have you gotten your credit card company or bank involved? I have had that happen to me. They reversed the charges and went after the company themselves.
 
When It happened the first time I didn't contact my bank got the company to refund and they gave me their lil bs apology. I didn't realize that banks did that. Thanks for the info
 
This happened to me a few months ago. When the bank reversed the charges they also made me change my debit card to prevent company from continuing to post charges. It was pain to have to change all my auto pays but it did prevent the situation that you are in now.
