I ordered this from sickbay and what I got was a clear bottle with pink stuff in it.
There is no label on it at all-telling the name of the product or the ingredients...Is this normal?

I placed a recent order (recieved mine about a week or two ago) and got the exact same bottle. I won't send it back, but I won't be ordering it from there again. I'll just pick up a bottle from NY when I go next. I've had this used on me as a leave in and as a rinse out, and I loved it everytime it was used on me in a salon. Certainly it could have just stopped working on me, but I found the packaging sketchy and I wonder if it's the same product at all.

The only thing I can think of is that they purchase the product in gallon sized containers (that's how the Dezriol is most commonly found an sold. They make a 16 ounce size, but I rarely see them in stores) and transferred them to unmarked 16 ounce bottles so that they could sell smaller sizes...

I found it very sketchy though. :ohwell:

You know what the same thing happened to me. I ordered the rinse about a week and a half ago, and when it came essentially what I got was a clear bottle with "pink stuff" in it, NO LABEL, NO INGREDIENTS. This might be the way this product is shipped, but I am going to check with the company just in case.

I called the company and the guy told me that it was shipped that way to them from the Dominican Republic.

He said if I don't want it to send them and email and they will have FedEx pick it up...

I don't know if I will use it or not...you would think they would have better sense then to ship out a product with no labels...

WTH??!! That's crazy for them to sell that stuff in a clear plastic bottle with no name or anything!!! Is that even legal?? Dang!!! :look:

I have two of that stuff. what's it for anyway???
LOL! Now girl - Why do you have it if you don't know what it's for?

I'm sorry - that is just TOO funny to me...see how being a PJ does? :lachen:

ETA: I didn't say what it was for - I was too busy giggling  It's a rinse out, instant conditioner that is supposed to have exceptional detangling qualities..... ;)

I also received mine in a plain bottle with no writing. I dont like the way it performs either, no really good detangling properties, I just all around dont really like it.

The DR is famous for selling things without labels, ingredient listings, etc. They are also notorious for selling items with bad ingredients (e.g., colors not approved by the FDA).

That's why you have to get it through Sickbay and not Sally's. Sally doesn't want to catch a charge.
