What temperture you use when rollersetting? The reason I ask is because I'm wandering if drying on a high setting can cause damage/splits or something to your hair...I have fine hair and I usally set at 60 degrees I have it now at 50 just incase I been using it too high...thx

I was doing 50 degrees but I now I set it at 30-40 degrees for about 2 hrs. The cooler the temp the shinier and bouncier my hair becomes.

50 is the max I go, then I turn it down to 40-45ish after 10 minutes or so when the initial wetness is gone from my hair.

55 - 60 degrees is what I usually use for 45 minutes. I turn it down to about 40 the last 20 minutes.

Oh I will have to try lowering it and see if my hair does the same...thx.
