Because Biotin gave me breakouts... but it also gave me thickness, and I don't want to lose it!

Which vits could give me the same results?? :ohwell:

TIA

Did you take it along with a B-Complex vitamin and drink lots of water? I know that this has helped many ladies.

You can take a multi that contains biotin and other good hair ingredients. All "regular" pills like One a Day, Nature's Choice, and Centrium make me tired so I have been taking the Flintstones gummies like a big ol baby (they work great for me tho) and these contain 75 mcg of Biotin. This is enough Biotin for me to not break me out, my body will only absorb but so much of it anyway so what's the point in taking a zillion mcg's of it? HTH

You can try taking a B complex along with your multi if you take any. Biotin is in the B family and the dosage isn't too concentrate.
