i want one.

i'm trying to see if my scarf is part of the reason my hair is always sucked dry in the morning. i think it might be the culprit to why i can never keep moisture in my hair.

((rubs chin))

thanks a lot!!! :)

thank you!
definitely gonna have to peruse that thread.

i didnt know there was such a recent post on it...then again, i havent been in the hair forum as much!

i know there were some really old ones on it, though

I bought my 2 100% silk scarves from Banana Republic and Marshall's. But I went to Target yesterday and I saw that they were selling 100% silk scarves there too. They cost $19.99, but that's also how much I paid for my scarf at Banana Republic. The Marshall's one was smaller and cost either $12.99 or $16.99. I forgot exactly how much.

I plan to get some at the fabric store or a local quilting shop that has all kinds of silks. I will get the edges surged (with a surging machine) if it needs it.

This may sound :spinning: but I got mine @ the thrift store :look: I have about 6 of them that I paid around $2-3. Hth

Very practical. I may have to check one out as well.

I got mine from Old Navy for like $6 and I stole a couple from my mother :look:

My mother bought mine (a few years ago) at a Department Store (Macy's or something), for 70 bucks (it's clearly not a "head scarf" LOL), and it has lasted me nearly a decade. I would say the accessory section of any department type store and I believe prices will vary considerably. Just make sure it is a SMOOTH silk. I have another silk scarf that is NOT smooth and drinks anything I put on my hair AND does not keep my wraps smooth.
