what is the process? Do they shampoo your hair first & then steam or the other way around? tia

I go under it every time I wash my hair. I just feel like it helps the conditioner penetrate more. I prefer it more than going under the hooded dryer with conditioner in, to me, that feels like my hair becomes to dry and a bit hard.

lonei said:At the most, maybe about 20 minutes, thats if I'm deep conditioning. If I'm using motions cpr (protein), i stay under for about 10 minutes.

ETA: The dominican salon I used to go to used to have a steamer there. They would shampoo then add the conditiner then sit me under for 20. It was great
