Ladies taking B complex & vitamin C

do you mind posting the brand you are taking? Also, do you mind telling me how much you are taking daily?

thanks designer05 where can I order these online? I checked Vitamin shoppe and did not see the brand there . I placed an order with VS earlier today for:
Vitol great hair vit
Doctor's best msm
Kal's super silicia plus

Then I went and searched some post and saw where several ladies posted that in order for biotin & msm to work you should take vit c and b complex with them.

I don't know where they can be ordered online, I got mine from Riteaid, so maybe you could try that website. But I'm pretty sure that these or any other b complex vitamin with vitamin c can be found in your local drug store, wal-mart, target etc. Sorry I wasn't of much help good luck in your search

Right now I am taking Nature Made Super B-Complex once a day. In a couple of days when I run out, I will be switching to Target brand Vitamin B-100 once a day.

I am taking Spring Valley (walmart). But not for hair, I am taking it to help with my metabolism.
