Ladies I need some help.

My mom lives in California and she keeps talking about how dry it is there. What kind of moisturizer can I recommend to her to keep her hair from being so dry?

I love Bee Mine luscious, EVOCO and Shea Moisture leave in as moisturizers

Califia Care moisture spray (by Komaza) it doesn't have any glycerine in it, so it should rehydrate her hair even in dry climate

She needs to drink more water, eat raw fruits lots of citrus/pineapple, and reduce her consumption of salt. Put a tablespoon of hemp or flax seed oil in her food daily. I am from the South and the Southern high fat/salt diet doesn't work in Cali.

Nothing will work on the outside until she switches to a more California diet.
