I use bags too 
. I have like 3 different bags from the grocery store filled with rollers that I store in my linen closet. There might be a neater tider way, but this is all I could come up with at the time.

In a rolling cart, it has 3 deep drawers. Other products, accessories are in baskets under the sink and elsewhere.
The rollers have their own separate drawer in the rolling cart and I keep the roller clips in an old LeKair Cholesterol jar that I washed out.

I have a rollering cart and I am runnning out of room right now. I have to do some reorganizing to do. I may run out and get a basket for my hair products to put in the bottlom of my sink.

Okay here is what I did when I started on this hair journey.
I purchased one of those rolling hair accessory bins like the one you would see at the hair dressers.
Then I.............well..........I turned 1/4 well okay let me be real honest almost 1/2 of one of my closets shelving units into my hair product bins. I keep my supply of hair conditioners, oils, powders etc. I also have two cabinets one under the sink and one like a cupboard near the toilet for hair products also.
I wanted to be able to get to everything as well as see every thing. Now having said that and looking at what I have I won't be or don't need to be purchasing anything else soon because the cupboards are press, down, shaken together running over with product and hair supplies!
I figured if I am going to be doing my own hair 99.9999999999% of the time then I need to be organized, set and ready to use whatever I needed.

- Hair care products are on 1 side of my double sided sink in the master bath.
- Everyday hair utensils, like combs, bobby pins, brushes, & the few rollers I use regularly, & a flat iron & a curling iron are in a clear shoebox on the other side of the sink. I have tons of these clear shoeboxes from WalMart because I switch my shoe wardrobe every season from the closet to the boxes.
-I have a clear strong bag the size of a 13 gallon trash bag w/ all the rollers, incl. wave clips & straws, I've collected over the years in a closet w/ the different roller sizes & types in grocery store bags. Hot utensils I do not use very often are in this bag.
-My bonnet dryer is in a storage closet.
- A few overflow hair products are under the guest bathroom sink. I used to be a sweepstakes/mail-in freebie junkie, so things I won & received as freebies like a dryer, a hair care kit, hair care samples, & extras of items that were on great sale are under the guest bathroom sink.
My next house will have a closet just for this purpose.

I have a rolling cart to store things like my blowdryer, flat iron and curling irons. This is also where I store my head wraps and other stuff. I have another rolling cart where I keep combs, brushes, clips and accessories and my rollers, pins and clips.
Finally, I have a cabinet that I purchased (pretty cheap) from Lowes. It sits in my closet. It holds everything (all of my hair care products) and it's all neatly organized onto 3 shelves. I would keep all of my stuff under my bathroom sink, but I store all of my other beauty products under there, so there was no room. I know that may sound like it's a little overboard, but I'm a neat freak. I can't help it.

I like putting my stuff in deep file cabinets
everything fits and if it doesn't I start
getting rid of stuff... these roll around too
and I think you can stack them if you want...

I have storage bins like Southern Tease but mines have more drawers that are smaller. They really came in handy in college and I just kept them for hair stuff. There's two in my bathroom.
