Ladies after you used a lot of heat?????

What do you do to baby your hair after the abuse I just had my first dominican blowout today....my hair is about 95% natural....resisted the relaxer big time....anyhoo.....I feel so guilty with all the heat today....I am ready planing to whip out the emergencee next weekend on wash day and some more stuff to make up for it!!

I don't use alot of heat but when I do, I use emergencee and deep condition it with a moisturizing conditioner.

I usually do some sort of protein treatment, followed by a deep condition.

The deep condition might not be til a few days later if I'm feeling lazy.
