How can I conceal the grids on the wig?

Wear a knee high under your wig in a shade close to your scalp. I also fill in some of the grids with powder makeup. Looking up close you can see it but once you get a few inches away its undetectable.

When I was wearing my lf, I used to use a self adhering bandaid around my edges. Some ladies on BHM would color the bandaid with a particular marker (I've forgoten the brand name, I think I used dream matte mousse) just where the part would sit. There are extensive threads on the topic there. You might want to search for those.
