How is this company? Customer service etc? I don't see to many reviews here. That Coco Vanilla conditioner looks interesting.

I voted this my Favorite "New" Vendor/Line of 2013. I love the products. The Castor Oil Hair Crème and the Olive Oil Hair Lotion are wonderful.

And the Olive & Shea Moisturizing Butter is one of the best.:lick:

I also love the Nourish Oil. Shipping is fast and CS is relatively seamless. I do think since she left ETSY Shipping Costs are on the High Side.

I also have the Passionfruit Lotion and a Coconut DC'er that I haven't tried.

I tried the Cocoa Vanilla for the 1st time this Tuesday (with Steam). It smells & looks identical to Silk Dreams Mocha Silk or Bling?

It worked fine. Absorbed nicely and rinsed clean. Overall, it's decent. I've had better & worse. For the price and getting it on Sale, it's fine.

Several YT'bers (Naturals) gave the Cocoa Vanilla Great Reviews.

Beamodel myronnie also uses the Cocoa Vanilla DC'er.

And I know Rozlewis tried the Olive & Shea Moisture Butter and she loves it.

Overall, it's a decent line.:yep: I just want that shipping to come down a few dollars.:look:

I simply adore this DC. It moisturizes my hair very well. I like it better for my hair than BASK or Pura Chocolate DC.

I wanted to order some of the Cocoa Vanilla DC, but I couldn't reconcile the $5 discount with the $5.95 shipping rate.

I'd love to have 3-4 more Olive & Shea Butters.:lick:

But will have to pass due to shipping costs. Will see what they offer BF.

I will probably more than likely end up with Komaza Scalp Butter instead. (Which is fine by me).

I'd like to have both.:look:

I can put in my 2 cents :)
Kizuri is one of my fav online vendors. I've tried the Olive Shea and the Cocoa Vanilla. I love the olive shea to seal because it smooths my hair nicely amd I can retain moisture easily. The smell is great too.

The cocoa vanilla is my staple moisturizing dc. It is nicely pH balanced and has btms so I retain moisture and dont have to moisturize often. The smell is ok. It has wheat germ in it so I think after a bit it starts to smell kinda.off to me.

The customer service is great. They put freeze packs with the butters and the labeling doesn't smear.

I slighly understand the shipping but at least she doesn't charge priority mail rates and ship first class! I think maybe the algorithm on her site is slightly off.

Thank you ladies for this over view of this line..just what I needed to see since I just ordered the castor oil repair cream, cocoa vanilla dc, pumpkin seed butter & shea olive butter! She's having a sale so I had to try some stuff!

According to her fb page, kizuri beauty is on "hiatus", products are no longer available.
