Has anyone used products from this brand? I have heard good things about them, but have also heard some people complain about their customer service (or lack thereof). I hear the Jojoba Jelly produces a similar result as the Curly Pudding, and it costs a lot less.

Any reviews out there?

Well, I can most certainly vouch for the terrible customer service. I ordered that jojoba jelly what seems like eons ago and still haven't received it. They are SLOW.

I've always had good customer service and you guys have to give her a break.. she's a one woman show...she's her only employee so she does have her hands full with orders.. and most people do still have a regular job.. Maybe call or drop her an email.. some of the girls on NC seem to be getting their emails fairly fast saying that their shippment is going out..

Other than that.. her products are AWESOME!! I'm a customer FOR LIFE!!!!!!

What products of hers do you enjoy, Rush?:) And how do they compare to Jessicurl curling products?:)

Great review!! I plan on ordering from her. Did any of you notice her before and after using the jojoba jelly and spiral spritz pics?

Can anyone suggest a few good products to start off with? If I order everthing, I'm looking at paying around $70.00 (which is too steep for me right now). The custard sounds good, but everything sounds good! :p

I've seen these products but my PJism hasnt gotten around to them yet. Give me time. :)

I've only used Too Shea, Confident Coils and Gelebration from Jessi..so I really can't compare the two.. I do like the gelbration.. CC makes my hair too dry..but I have ALOT of scab hair..so that's prolly why.. I love Kinky-Curly products though..I can use them on my hair..I'm 3c.. and I have alot of scab hair and hers were the first products that I was able to use that I could actually go out without my hat on!!!! I always wear a hat.. that scab hair is so gross..but hers did the trick..and I have 2 kids.. one is a wavie..a 2b.. the other is a 3b..BEAUTIFUL CURLS!!.. they both have "caucasian" hair and I can use her products on their hair too.. I use the Knot Today, JJ, Lacqured Up.. I use the JJ, Lacqured UP and the Spritz on my 3b, and the Lacqured Up and the spritz on my 2b.. GREAT STUFF!! I'm getting that Curling Custard..there is a thread on NaturallyCurly.com.. people are LOVING IT!!!!!!!

I would say definitely the Jojoba Jelly and the Curling Custard.. you can use the Suave V05 Strawberries conditioner for the leave in for Curling Custard.. the owner said that.. and you can use a gel that has PVP in it to go with the Jojoba Jelly..

Hope that helps..

Why don't you email her.. she could prolly make suggestions..

I'm not trying to get a hit put out on her. I'm just saying my experience has been pretty slow to gettin' the products. I'm sure there are plenty of one-person "shows" out there but if you're going to really get your business off the ground and moving, you got to know how to get the products out the door and balance your workload. If I had time to call and chat about a product/order that's missing in action, I would do that. Right now, I'm just ordering things and hoping to receive them in a timely manner without stalking via email/phone and without pondering all her life activities...

Having said that, hopefully, I enjoy the products as much as you do and feel it's worth the wait!

I recently ordered the jojoba jelly from them. My shipment came lightning fast,(i live in cali) but i am still in braids so i haven't gotten a chance to use the product yet. The look of the bottle leaves a lil to be desired (kinda cheap looking) but who cares if it does the job :D . Is the curling custard better than the jelly???

I completely understand that..but how do you know that it wasn't lost in the mail?? I had an order from Curlmart.. that came quickly.. 2 of the products were on backorder.. I forgot all about them.. then I remembered once I was running out of my Greg Juice..lol I went to my history page and saw that my status went from backordered to completed.. turns out they had shipped out the products like 3 weeks before and I never got them... but I wouldn't have known unless I checked up on it.. kwim??

I haven't ordered the Custard yet.. so I can't tell you.. Shelley..the owner.. was raving about it before she put it up on her site.. and some people at NC have gotten theirs and LOVE it.. here is a link to the most recent posts about it:

Thanks for the info! I ordered the Jojoba Jelly and the Leave-in (I forget the name) before I read your reply. So, I'm going to place another order for the custard as soon as I try out the jelly and leave-in. I never tried the Suave VO5 Strawberries & Cream con, so I'll add that to my list of products to buy! :)

BTW, what's PVP?
