your fotki is fantastic, too - i frequested yours in my initial quest, LOL!...so many of you have been inspirations...i didn't think i could do what you all do - consistently, at that...you all make it all so possible for me. my daughters and i have benefitted from your experiences greatly and i just had to show my appreciation.

Oh my gosh!!!!!!! Thank you soooo much ladies!!! I just logged on for the first time all wknd and saw this thread!!! My heart started pounding when i saw the title of it.... cuz i didnt know what i'd find inside. Didnt know if i was getting praised..... or cussed out for something.

Im sooooooo glad that my Fokti can be an inspiration to you all! Seriously!!! I just love updating my Fokti.... and i really do love getting emails/comments/feedback in my guestbook. I am constantly learning and growing because of you all. And so if I can touch or help anyone in ANY way than I feel like ive done my job in "giving back" to the hair care community. If you've been in my Pre-LHCF Relax Album, then u know that my hair has come a looong way..... and i thank all of you on LHCF for that!

Incidentally, i am WAY behind on my PM's and guest book replies.... so if anyone PM'ed, emailed, or gb'ed me in the last week, I probably have not responded yet but have EVERY intentions of doing so. The past couple of weeks have been ridiculously busy for me, as I had a major deadline on 11/15 and am now preparing for an important meeting with my dissertation committee 12/6. But please dont think i am ignoring you or disregarding your question/comment, because i did read them, but just didnt want to hurriedly reply to anyone. I plan to take my time and get back to everyone this week. I just love getting PMs/guest book comments from my LHCF girls!!!

I'm just chiming in because I can't let a thread about ms kini get by me without putting my two cents in. Kini was the first lady I called out on the forum. She's my number one inspiration because I have fine hair too! I admire so many ladies here and man, am I jealous of you ladies with thick luscious hair but I'm soooooooooooo thankful for ladies like Kini who can show those of us with "shy hair" lololol(my cousin calls it that) we can do it too!!
