Keratin Treatment (w/ Formaldehyde) To Relaxer?

Hi ladies,

So I got a keratin treatment with a low amount of formaldehyde back in July and I've vowed not to get anymore.

I've been doing the natural thing for about 2 years and I want to go back to relaxers. I really want to get a perm either the week of Thanksgiving or the first week in December. Is it safe to say the keratin should be out of my hair by now? My hair has got some waves/curls back but I don't know how to check if the keratin is fully out. Is there a way to check? Is there a way I can get the keratin out sooner/faster?

Use sulfate shampoo and add some salt to your conditioner to help strip the treatment
