What is the sound of your hair falling straight and gleaming over your shoulders? You koan't do better than to grab today's deal from Azemi Salons in Wexford. For just $100, get a two-hour ionic KeraSmooth anti-frizz, formaldehyde-free treatment, perfect for chemically treated or natural hair. That's 58% off the regular price of $240 -- which sounds like reason for deafening applause, rather than merely one-handed clapping. Luxuriate in Azemi Salon's Zen-like setting as one of their gifted stylists uses a Keratin-Henna formula to strengthen hair, add shine, and improve elasticity. With today's deal, seek and ye shall find the enlightenment of beautiful, straight, shiny hair.

The price sounds super-reasonable for the salon service to be provided, however, unless I knew the stylist and his/her work very well AND trusted them to listen to any special requests (lower flat iron temp, no trimming if I didn't ask, etc.) I wouldn't do it.

With $100 I could buy enough BKT for two treatments on Ebay and carefully do it myself! (that's what I do anyway)

P.S. never heard of that brand in this forum...

ETA: Just found out Kerasmooth is not a BKT but a thio-based treatment.

whatever thio-based means. thanks

p.s. now I know why I didn't get many responses. There was a thread on this topic that was closed. Not sure why though. Could someone send me a pm to tell what the real deal is? Thanks
