I saw this on the ingredients list of Humectress. Does this mean Humectress contains enough protein to be considered a very mild protein cond?

No, it is a moisturizing conditioner. I guess you could categorize it as a moisturizing conditioner with protein. Protein helps moisture to bind more effectively. I prefer that my MC have protein in it.
