do you moisturize(conditioner) after using?

Yes. I use the Keraphix on my hair for about 30 min.(with a cap), rinse well then I use a moisturizing conditioner, Humectress for another 30 minutes with a cap. I use Humectress after every wash (2 x per week) and Keraphix once every 4 - 5 weeks.

Hi Felicia- I follow up with a deep moisturizing conditioner for 30 minutes after the Keraphix. There are a lot of threads on Keraphix. Just do a search!!
