extremely good, i use humecto for deep conditioning.buttt, my hair seems to like more protein as its gets longer, so i only use humecto twice a month and use mane n tail about 3-4 times a month 
the moisterizor (with jojoba oil) is EXCELLENT - for when straightened and also airdrying and retaining curls
