A while back i remember reading something from Marvin stating that this product protects against heat and leaves the hair smooth after it dries. Is anyone using this product? Any 4as using this with sucess???
I think silken seal is great for heat styling (rollersets under the dryer, etc) BUT I dont like it for airdrying.
When using this product, you only need a tiny amount. Too much could cause your hair to gook.
I prefer Neutrogena serum over this in terms of being more multipurpose. It works wonderfully on wet and dry hair. It detangles my wet hair and performs equally well with both heat and airdryed styles. It is also less expensive.
I still have 1/2 bottleof silken seal from last June, and at one point i used it weekly. It lasts a long time and produces great results for heat styling
since i dont haet style very often, i think i'll give neutrogena a try. i have smooth n' shine's hair polisher and frieda's correcting serum, but looking to find the perfect one. thanks for the input!
