Ok so I used this product for the first time and my hair came out shiny, soft and strong afterwards. Now its just shiny, hard and strong. It still feels moisturized but a little hard. Does anyone know whether I should follow up this product with a moisture condish after. I dont think its a protein product but I dont like this feeling.

yes, i think you should prob use a moisturizing condish afterwards..maybe add a little oil... it sounds like the protein/mositure balance is off

I just used this tonite for the first time...and I have one of the best flat ironed styles I've had in a very long time. Had you used any protein prior to using the treatment? I didn't follow up with a moisturizing con...my hair is very silky, shiny, and soft. I know each product works differently on different hair!
