I use it once or twice a week on my scalp. It is the lightest hair "grease" that I have found. I have been using it for 2 years now.

I like it better when used before heat styling. It leaves a great shine and softness.

I found this product to be a little too heavy on my scalp, but I have used it from time to time to give my hair sheen. A small amount goes a looooong way with this stuff.
