Ladies, bludacious was kind enough to send me her samples of Kenra moisturizing products since she wasnt using them. I immediately tried them and fell in love with the moisturizing conditioner. I had so much slip after i rinsed out the conditioner that i didn't have to add any leave-ins just to comb it out. I combed thru and then added my leave-ins! And i was sooo impressed that the shampoo contained myreth sulfate which is the least harshest cleanser, but it isn't often used cause it's more expensive. I LOVE the conditioner, the poo was good but i'll need to use it once more before I'm convinced to give up my mizani poo...but i'm definitely going to get the conditioner and stop using the mizani. will i be forced to change my name to Kenra_Mrs!!!! just kidding, but the product is great...for those who were thinking about trying them. I'm going to try a sample of keracare also and from there i'll decide what will be my new staple.

Now, I am trying to be cured of PJism. Mizani_Mrs, you are not helping me!......LOL. I have been debating of getting it, but I need to wait till this Keracare runs out.

Now how does this compare to Elucence? I have used both the moisture balance shampoo and conditioner by Elucence who is the same maker as Kenra and it was just ok for me. I have very thick 3c/4a hair.

Ah,Girl, you know you welcome! Just don't hurt yourself on ebay!

Kenra is the ish. It is the ONLY thing that has allowed me to transition for a year and a half. People try to tell me that I have that "good" hair, and I'm like no, its the Kenra that makes it so soft and manageable.

I recently bought this and tried it last night. I agree it makes my hair soft and manageable.

Last night I sectioned my hair in 4 parts then put in kenra and it instantly made my hair very soft. Then I pinned each section and put saran wrap around my head (better than a shower cap for me..I dont even know its there) and a bonnet. In the am it was so moist then I rinsed.

I did this because I wanted a deep moist. Surge has made my hair very dry and I since I am transitioning it need a lot of moisture.

okay, i just had to share the 411 with yall. I just went to eBay and SHUT IT DOWN!!! I bought sooo much kenra stuff since they were only $7 and they retail for $16. They wasn't ready fo' me. wooohhoooo, i can't wait!!!! Kenra is da BOMB!!!!

I buy my 2 liters of Kenra Moisturizing conditioner when its on sale at Trade secret and it lasts me probable 3-6 months! They have a loyal customer.
Ladies with coarse "unmanageable" hair, don't sleep on this!!!

I just shampooed/ conditioned with Kenra tonight...the shampoo is very rich and the conditioner is wonderful...now I can't say that it will replace my Mizani regime; but it is a very moisturizing conditioner.

I like their poo too! And their moisturizing conditioner.

QUESTION:

Is sodium myreth really the most gentle?

How does sodium tricedeth sulfate and cocomidopropyl betaine compare to the sodim myreth sulfate?
