Keep It Simple Sista... i believe you try to minimize product usage and stick to as little as possible to achieve monstrous results.

It's all about keeping your regimen simple. I have been doing this for over a year. I know Seraca has been this also. So basically, doing what works for you and sticking to it while keeping it simple.

KISS is all about keeping it simple.

A KISS regimen for me would probaly be--

A shampoo
Moist. Conditoner
Moisturizer
Oil

Wash 1x a week, dry however
Moisturize & Oil daily.

Every 8 weeks or so--Protein treatment, Color, possible trim, ect.

Does anyone else have a problem with the site; whenever I go on it freezes for me...I was wondering if it's the site or if it's my computer? I aboslutle love her method and it hasn't failed me yet, so you can imagine how frustrated I am that I haven't been on in weeks because it ALWAYS get stuck and give me an error when I go on.

The site looks fine, have you tried resetting your browser? are you using IE - its always crashing. Try Mozilla?
