You guys I love this comb. It just went right through my new growth and hair like nothing! I was so happy. I wish I would've known about this comb when I was natural. I wouldve still been natural.

This is a keeper!

DO NOT order from ebonyline.com. They are a terrible company. Their costomer servie is terrible. Plus, they sent me the wrong order.

Really? That's where I ordered my 5 K-cutters from and I had no problem at all...
Another way to get it might be to ask your BSS to order it for you.
 
Besides sending you the wrong order, can you explain what else they did? How prompt were they in taking care of the problem, and how they handled your complaints?

I have been recommending them to people based on my one-time good experience, but if they are a bad company, I'll stop.
 
I hate to hear that, brittanynic. I've shopped with ebonyline about four times, and always with good results. Prompt service, correct order. They even sent me a free scarf once.

Well, if you never get your K-Cutter, let me know, and I'll get one to you. (Not that I have a storehouse of them. But I do order an extra one from time to time.)

Well, first, I ordered from the site and I waited for like a month for my shipment. It turns out that my order had been canceled and I was not informed. So, I reordered. When I got the package my order was wrong. I email the site and they said (this is straight out to the email) "Thank you for email.
You can return it but your shipping maybe more than
the new cost." I was like WTF. Why do have a new cost? So I emailed them back and asked for a phone number to call. When I got a response they did not give me a number and said "Sorry for wrong inf. There is no new cost. I guessed that you were going to return some of your products and returning shipping might be more than the refund amount. You go ahead whatever you like." Maybe I am being a little up tight but this is not a casual conversation. You messed up my order and you are saying you go ahead. I also asked if I would be remebursed the price of shipping but that question was completely ignored alone with other questions I asked. I made my emails very clear to what was going on and whoever reponded was acting like they were confused. I don't know, I am big on customer service.

I hope you ladies continue to have good experiences with them but I won't take the chance again.
 
Okay-I am a K-cutter convert too. That comb definitely does the job.
 
So are there any other online places to order the comb from? I havn't seen it any place that I have around here.
