Prose everything. Don't waste your money. These were the worst products I have ever used. Everything made my hair hard and tangled.
Trying to get a refund. Looked them up on BBB and they have a habit of not responding to refund requests unless reported to BBB.
I'm going to send them an email every day until they respond. Stay far away from Prose.

Olaplex Broad Spectrum Chelating Treatment
Today was my first time using it. I did an overnight hot oil treatment and did my first wash with Jane Carter Solution Moisture Nourishing Shampoo. I felt like it didn’t remove all the oil so then I used the OIaplex. The instructions say to clarify first then use this treatment and let it sit 15-30 minutes or you can also use heat. I left it in for 15 minutes under a shower cap while I showered. When I rinsed it out my hair felt so silky & soft and my curls were popping. It just felt like a whole new head of hair. I’ve had this sitting in my hair closet for a while & I’m mad I’m just now using it. I’m trying to use up products that are already opened before opening a new one. But so far I really like this product.

Qhemet Biologics MSM + Biotin Hair Nutrients Blend. I have a few more days on my first jar so I bought another one. I am horrible at keeping up with daily meds and supplements but I missed very few days with this. It helps that I like how this tastes too.
My hair normally grows very slowly so any improvement (even the average 1/2" a month) would be amazing for me. I won't measure my new growth since that would cause me to obsess over it.
I will say that my knotless braids already look grown out much sooner than they should. I usually aim to keep them in for at least 8-10 weeks. I'm going on week 5 and it looks like they are ready to be taken down. I also notice that I have to shave my legs and underarms almost every day now and that wasn't an issue before either. So this supplement is doing something.
As I Am Rice Water. I need a moisturizer spray for my hair since it's currently in knotless braids. I bought this one and the As I Am Rosemary Water. I prefer the Rice Water one doesn't have a scent while the Rosemary one smells like peppermint. I use the Rice Water spray throughout the week and the Rosemary Water before I wash my hair (I do like how it makes my scalp tingle.)

100% Argan oil.
In recent months I have tried argan oil for the first time in my hair journey. It is slowly becoming my go to oil. It does a nice job of softening the hair. If an area of hair feels rough to the touch like my ends or nape of the neck, I will add argan oil and it softens it almost like I put moisturizer in my hair. I also like using it on my scalp for occasional itchies. It seems to absorb in well and not leave my scalp or hair feeling greasy. It also adds a nice sheen to the hair. Still wanting to try it out in different ways like added to DC or leave in products, but I'm really enjoying it so far.

Got2b glued spray wax hairspray.
I got it because I read that it is like a spray version of a wax stick. It mostly just makes my hair feel dry and look frizzy. Not sure why. Still experimenting with it, but the times I have tried it on my flyaways my hair has looked crusty. I just prefer the wax stick at this point. I will continue playing with it to see if I can get it to work for me.
