I was wondering has anyone tried it and have results to show from it. I am using ths product now and I think it smells good and so far it does not seem to be greasy like my other pomades. I like it and will like to know if I will benefit from it.
I use jojoba oil every morning.I find it moisturizes without being heavy and greasy like olive oil or castor oil.I used to use olive oil when my hair was breaking but I found jojoba oil worked better somehow at preventing breakage without making my hair feel oily.
I haven't found any oil that makes my hair grow. I've used both jojoba and Wildgrowth Hair Oil. Both keep my hair pliable and both help seal in moisture, which helps me retain growth but doesn't speed up my growth rate. They also make my hair shinier. Like Katie, I've found that what I put in my body has affected my growth rate more than what I put on my hair has.
I absolutely love jojoba oil, but I think it works better with helping retain length as opposed to making it grow. I does moisturize hair without weighing it down or making it oily. I do use an oil mix to stimulate growth that consists of jojoba oil and grapeseed oil and the essential oils: lavender, rosemary, thyme, and cedarwood, but I haven't used it consistently enough to notice if it has helped my hair grow any faster.
If your hair likes oil, jojoba oil is a great non-greasy oil (moisturizes without being greasy or heavy). As far as benefits from it, it should keep your ends from breaking.

Are you referring to the ORS Jojoba Oil Moisturizer?
I love Jojoba oil as well for its versatility. I use it on my hair to "freshen" it up. The nights I wrap my hair before bed, I spray it in my hands and smooth it around my wrap before I tie it up, or if I sleep with my hair unwrapped and say in a high ponytail or whatever, I get up in the morning and fluff it out while I have the oil in my hands and it's good as new. (I've found that I have to use it sparingly so I won't look slicked out)
Fall and Winter are a joy to my allergies but a killer on my skin because its most dry durin these seasons. When I get out of the shower, I put Jojoba on my damp skin and even pat it on my face. No clogged pores, no oily bumps... nothing. Sometimes I even mix it with my scented and non-scented lotions for extra moisture. I love it and keep tons of it in stock.
I'm with pmicheal, I use it on my face too and then wipe with a hot cloth. I absolutely love it for my hair. I mix it with vegetable glycerien and leave in conditioner and it makes my hair soo soft!!! I also use it on my body after showers now. It's definitely a permanent staple.
