It says to leave it on 5 minutes then rinse. Can you use it with heat for longer and get the same or better results?

Funny, I just used it this morning when I was in the shower. I use this product quite often and I have never used it with heat. I usually just apply it and leave it on for about 15 - 30 minutes under a shower cap.

I don't see why you couldn't use it with heat tho...
