Hey Ladies,

I have a guy friend who is trying to get his hair to look like John Legend's. Do you have any suggestions for products and procedures? Thanks.

LOL. But JL's hair doesn't look unkept, so he has to do something. Right?

I think it's just the combo of the effect of his natural hair texture, wash & go (lol, funny saying that for a guy), well conditioned hair, and a good hair cut. I don't think it's anything special other than that.

i think you're right :yep:

LOL. why? j/k but I seen John Legend in an interview and he said it does the wash and go thing and just rubs his fingers in it to get that "just gotta outta bed" look.

My little sis was doing something similar with her afro. She makes sure that she conditons in the shower every morning, then she rubs some kind of pudding in her hair (EQP's Mangobutter maybe?) and then she uses her fingers to twist little curls in the hair to give it shape. It looks really pretty on her.
