Okay, I personally had no success w/this

. It made no difference in straightening my new growth. However, I have heard a couple people on this board talk favorably about it.

Thanks Dawn, and I have 4B hair so if it didn't help you I can only imagine that it will do absolutely nada for me!

I have this and i find it ineffective. You need heat to make it work and i try and stay from direct heat styling in general, and especially around touch up time. Its like your average blow dry creme

LOL...

Now I've tried his serum, both the frizz ease relax and the first one and they're pretty good. The original is better and that might help your new growth.

i've never tried brilliant brunette, but i do have the frizz ease relax line. the blowdry creme protects my hair and helps flatten my new growth, the daily replenisher is good for smoothing wraps but i wouldnt use it as a "moisturizer" because it doesn't moisturize if you ask me.

Does anyone know about this product? I'm thinking it could help tame new growth and aid in stretching out a relaxer?

TIA

I've tried it. I have found that it worked for me when I put in on my roots and smoothed my hair back and then tyed it down.
Nothing Spectacular though.

i think it works better for people with fine hair (not thin, fine). my bf blow dries daily & loves the straight forward & daily replenisher that i purchased for his needs & he has fine hair. I personally like the daily replenisher & when i tried the straight forward, i was 3mths post relaxer. it worked ok, but i think i had too much new growth. i think it would have worked wonders for new growth if i had a finer hair type. i can't wait to try it for blow-outs after my touch-up.
