JC Penny refund policy???

Does anyone know what their refund policy is, I bought the Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Shampoo/Conditioner and my hair HATES IT, I just bought it today and tried it tonight, I had to end up re-washing my hair with my Matrix Ultra Biolage Shampoo....I really need to take this back and get me some more Matrix!!!

I believe you can return it to them for a full refund or replacement. That is typically one of the advantages of purchasing products from the salons (the chains, at least). I work at Hair Cuttery and this is our policy.

Thanks Balisi, I'll try to take them back tomorrow before I head off to work , but I better call in the morning to make sure, can't be wasting gas, lol.
