Hi ladies!

I know it's a bit odd seeing me start this thread, the JJamiah has passed the baton and I'm honored to keep the ball rolling :yep:

Since I've been sick the past 2 days, I plan on a VERY long DC and shampoo with a little help of the Tangle Teezer. That thing is heaven sent for transitioning hair I tell ya.

What do you ladies have planned??

I will definitely pamper my hair this weekend, i am planning on doing a overnight protein DC and possibly follow up with a moisture DC.

I'm going to DC on dry hair with some AOGPB, co-wash with YTCu and then airdry in a single pony after applying my leave-ins and serum..........................or I may just use my Aveda DR line???? ...choices :ohwell:.....

Thanks Nikki

This week I am about 28 weeks post. I washed my hair with Hair One Argan oil. I then got under the steamer with Aphogee 2 minute. I need a hardcore Protein though right now. After I rinsed that out I sat for 3 hours under my self heating cap with Silk Elements Megasilk and Alter Ego Garlic Conditioner. Rinsed that applied my leave ins Aphogee leave in, Green Tea and Argan Oil. Detangled with my Tangle Teezer and Got under the dryer for about 10 minutes. Then Blow Dried my hair with my hand held.

My hair is now braided in a BeeHive and I am sporting my Blair wig :) for the month :)

Fri- bunned up
Sat - Add a shot of my Biolage Cerapair vials to ORS Replenishing, DC under da dryer for 30, ponytail rollerset and flat iron these roots
Sun - Use Phyto 9 on ends and bun it back up

NikkiQ, I'm also sick and usually I won't wash my hair when I'm sick but on Saturday I'm going to the salon to get my real and weave hair washed/conditioned plus have added hair onto my weave. I might get my closure re-positioned since my hair is growing and pushing it back a bit. Hope you feel better.

Hope you feel better too Ms. Blue. Now you know we'll want pictures after it's done right?

Friday I'm going to prepoo with avocado, garlic and evoo, and then shampoo, condition, reconstruct and deep condition with my most beloved, joico k pak 4 part system.

I want a rollerset look as my hair is quite frizzy from my underprocessed relaxer last week; but if I'm feeling lazy I might see how an air dry goes or do a braidout and several co washes during the following week.

I'm taking my weave out. I'll give my hair 2 days to rest before my next install. I'd like to try my honey child honey hair mask for my DC this week.

Thanks Nikki

My hair is now braided in a BeeHive and I am sporting my Blair wig :) for the month :)

This may seem like a weird question, but how often do you wash your while it's in the beehive? how do you feel it washes? Is there a special tech you use?

^^^ Actually for the three weeks I am in I don't wash my hair as normal. I may dab my scalp with witch hazel; sea breeze or dry shampoo. I get extreme breakage if I do shampoo as normal.

I use a Damp wash cloth for dabbing :)

On sat I am getting a trim and flat iron job at the salon. I am so excited. No one has touch my hair for over a year and a half!

Tomorrow I plan to:

HOT w/Kukui Nut or Wheat Germ Oil under Mastex Head Cap
CoClean with Bear Fruit Hair's Cottonseed Marshmallow Cleansing Conditioner
Roux Mendex Treatment Under Dryer 10 Minutes
Steam for about 30-45 minutes with Jasmine Ultra Nourishing DC'er
Spritz on BFH Desert Drench L-I & a little Argan Oil
Dry under Dryer

This happened yesterday but...

It was relaxer time! (I had a 12week stretch)

Relaxed with Mizani Butter Blends
Washed with Silk Elements Neutralizing Shampoo
DCed with ORS Replenishing Shampoo
Dried and flat ironed

I also got a much needed trim today at SuperCuts

^^^Best hair cut I've ever gotten was at a random Super Cuts by a chick named Cookie or Cupcake or some sweet treat :lachen:

^^^ Girl! My trim today was the best trim ever! Danyelle (that's the girl's name who did it) knew exactly what to do and what I wanted.

I recommend SuperCuts in a heartbeat to anyone trying to get a trim lol

Girls Spa Weekend complete with personal chef, massages, and a night out on the town in a limo.

I am washing and flat ironing my hair in the morning. Driving to the destination. I will touch it up for Saturday night. I will be back in a bun on Sunday. I come back Monday.

Currently dcing as we speak with one and only Argan line got a sample at Sallys yesterday, about to rinse and let air dry 70% then plait up and wrap with satin scarf for half wigs just got the 2 I ordered in the mail....gonna wig it till relaxer time I'm 18 wks post ;-)

I'm going to rollerset and flat iron so I can finally post my end of the year progress pics.

Sunday is my next wash day:

- Pre-poo with rice bran oil
- Shampoo ORS creamy aloe
- Light protein tx/clear rinse: haven't decided yet
- DC with ORS replenishing
- Apply oils to soaking wet hair (EVOO and rice bran oil)
- Airdry
- Apply S-curl
- Bun

I'm just coming out of flat ironed hair that I've been rocking for about 3 weeks. Since I'm going on vacation soon, I'm gonna put it up in crochet braids I'll be wearing for a month until February.

I plan to pre-poo with coconut and castor oil, clarify, and then give myself a hardcore protein treatment (Aphogee 2-step) for the first time instead of henna. Then DC really well with AOHSR (first try--we'll see if its as good as its raved about) for 1.5 hours and ponytail rollerset to air dry overnight. Then I'll put my hair in cornrows tomorrow and crochet in Freetress Water Wave hair. Wish me luck!

ETA: I'll also be trimming my hair beforehand into a U-shape using Feye's method. Never tried this before so keeping my fingers crossed their everything will go smoothly. :ohwell:
