has anyone tried these haircare products. she has a website: janecartersolution.com and some of her prod. have been rec'ed in mags like essence. just wanted to get the lowdown from you guys. i did a search and nothing came up.

She seems to have some good points on the FAQ page. My problem with her products is the ingredients aren't listed. Saying something is "natural" or made with natural ingredients doesn't quite cut it for me. I'm happier with a full listing.

VERY bad customer service. Charged my credit card WAY before I got the order (like 3 months later) Everytime I'd call to find out where my order was--they gave me the run around.

I have a sample of her Nourish and Shine (can be used on the hair and on the body). It smells pretty good. So1913 uses some of the products from this line.

i agree with you nonie...i too was looking allover for the ingredients

that seems shady to me.
Supergirl- that is enough to make me say no

The information re: the Jane Carter Solution hair products is very revealing.

I visited the website recently, and was contemplating purchasing some of the products described.

However, the lack of information re: ingredients concerns me, as does the slow pace of product availability and delivery.

Companies are *not* supposed to apply charges to credit cards for products that are not available.
