Anybody tried this product:

yep!!

I purchased some awhile back from Sam's. It took forever to receive it, because it was on backorder.

Anyway--I haven't used it long enough to see any noticeable difference in the health of my hair.

The consistency is like a hair butter.....or grease. To the touch, it feels like my Hair2Heaven End All.

Wow, I hope it does not take to long to arrive. I am transitioning and I am on a quest to thicken my hair. Thanks for responding, I will see if anybody has been using it.

Very interesting. I am not a user of pomades or grease type products anymore, but this looks extremely yummy, castor oil...:lick:

I have been using this pomade for about two-three weeks now. I massage it into my entire scalp every other day. I massage into my edges and temples everyday. My hair is fine and thin and it does not weigh my hair down. I think I will continueto use it and keep you all posted on the results.

I bought it the same time I bought the JBCO. The texture is VERY thick. It's not a miss for me but not a hit either. I use it to lay down the edges before I tie my hair down at night, and also after a roller set to get some shine to my hair since I air dry.

I purchased 2 jars (the pj in me kept saying "What if they stop selling it?!":lachen:). It is a little thick, but I loved how soft my hair felt after using it. Don't use too much or you'll have a greasy mess. After a while, I started using it on my edges and scalp only. I would have ordered more, but it disappeared from their website. I'm glad to know that they're selling it again (or at least 'pj' is happy:grin:).

Aaarrrggghh!:wallbash: I've bought too much stuff messin' with ya'll. *adds JBCO pomade to hair care list*

Was thinking bout ordering this too but I ordered the 12 bottles of JCO instead. Here are the ingredients copied of the website.

GLOWRIOUS CROWN JAMAICAN BLACK CASTOR OIL HAIR FOOD POMADE 4 OZ 100% NATURAL Ingredients: Jamaican black castor oil, shea butter, avocado oil, neem oil, grapeseed oil, cactus oil, rosemary, meadowfoam oil, Vitamin E, lavender, palm stearic acid, carnauba wax, candellila wax and bees wax.$7.99
Only thing that scared me a little was the candellila wax, carnauba wax (like car wash wax?) and the bees wax. Is that gonna clog up my scalp?? I put the JCO directly on my scalp to help me stretch.

What is the use of the cadellila wax?

And what color is this stuff? Do i have to rub it in really good to disappear into my hair/scalp or is it transparent??

I couldn't tell u the purpose of the wax. I wash my hair once or twice a week, so clogging never became an issue. The color is like a dark gold color (maybe a little darker), and if you rubbed it in your hands, even a little bit, it started to liquify. That's another thing I liked about it.:yep:
