Its time for a relaxer! Back to the salon(scared!)

Hey ya'll I know I haven't been on here in awhile, but i'm backkkkkkkk! Soooo! I am about 5 months post and I am ready to relax, beccause I am going on vaca on the 22nd!
I have been wigging it up and I am a bit past BSL! I am also going to get a bang cut it and a burgandy rinse put in.
I am scared, because I have not been to the salon in a hot minute, although the stylist i'm going to has never done me wrong in the past.
I have been self relaxing for the last year and a half, but I have so much new growth I just want someone else to mess with this jungle lol! So ladies I wanna know if you have had color rinses put on after your relaxer and how they took? Also has anybody haad a burgandy rinse put on dark hair and if so what where the results?

What brand will u be using? I think it will look great as I color after my relaxer quite often. I sometimes get a wine/grapeish type color. But the shine and body I get is unparalleled.

I don't relax my hair anymore, but back in the day I'd relax and get a cellophane rinse. Id usually get something in a red hue. It never caused any breakage but just be careful.

I love having a cellophane after my relaxer. I usually get a light brown color mixed with a little red. The color is kind of mute unless I am standing in bright light. I love the shine that comes with cellophanes. It lasts a long time good luck with your salon visit!

TY! I was thinking about a wine color. The stylist usually uses mizani which is what I use when I self relax.
