itchy in 1 spot

Does anybody else suffer from an itchy scalp.. only in one particular spot.
UUUGh hh its really annoying. its usually in the back closest to the nape. its moisturized but boy when it itches it itches.
I try not to scratch too much b/c the hair might break off. Any Remedies???

Are there any visible signs on your scalp of irritation? You might be allergic to a ingredient you normally use on your hair.

I sometime get itching on my crown, but ever since I started paying extra attention to it when shampooing, it's subsided.

You say it's moisturized. Does that mean you're putting something on the actual scalp to keep it moisturized? If so, what are you using?
