Nice- You can take the 2 train to Salon 804 and walk 3 blocks to the shop. The owner does a lot of volunteer work for makeovers etc so he shop should be on the up and up.

Hmmm after brwosing around a bit it may actually be better than the other forum. It shows you by the check mark which thread is unread and in the thread it tells you which post is unread. Very nice so you can get right to it without having to figure out which one you have read or haven't read. So far so good...lol.

ok this board takes some getting used to. I got rid of the snowflake frosty becaue he was giving me a headache. I tried to make a post twice and it isn't showing up at all. Can we no longer have personal avatars? how about smilies? Also can we no longer posts pictures directly into our posts?

I know another hair forum of this type and they have a search option where you can search for members with the same hair type/thickness/length etc. They have a drop down list in the profiles where the members can fill in what length and type their hair is and then you go to the member list and do an advanced search and voilá! Maybe we could do this here too?
