I have this sort serum-like leave in that I just discovered that detangles like Nothing I've ever felt before but it contains something called isoparaffin. Is isoparaffin a bad ingredient to have in a hair product?

From what I know it is an emollient and is NOT bad for your hair. Emollients are used to help condition and add moisture to the hair (a common isoparaffin is Isoparaffin Polyacrylamide). HTH
