I stumbled across this thread and saw my name! Thank you so much Brandy and ladies! I'm working on getting more hair pics as soon as I can do a straight style or something else.

Yes her hair is really beautiful...She's one of the posters who always comes to mind when I think of healthy looking, thick hair.

A beautiful head of hair Isis! I love the pic with the braids and the flower pin. wish I could get my braids to look like that!

Hi Isis, I'm a newbie to this site.

When I saw your hair my mouth fell to the floor! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and you are actually my inspiration :) my aim is to get my hair like YOURS!! I am a 4b so u have given me such hope.

I am just curious do u have NO before pictures at all? I would love to see a before pic for ur hair cos you described it as similar to mine not to long ago, as getting shorter and shorter each year, now your hair is so thick and full and I hope to acheive the same. I have yet to buy a digital camera so will post pics of mine soon, if i show u my pics maybe u could let me know if ur hair looked liked mine at the start??

OMG! It happened again! I had no idea this thread was up and revived!

Welcome Hairqueen and thank you for your compliments! I didn't have a camera when I came to LHCF. I may be able to find a before photo but I would have to get one from other people who took my picture. I just haven't done that yet. I'll be happy to look at your pics and tell you if it was similar or not.

My hair breakage stopped when I found LHCF and learned exactly what I was doing wrong and changed my ways. I wish I had this info before! Thank you again and I wish you great success with your hair. :)

And for those I missed before (where was I?), thank you too ladies for your compliments and very kind words.

Anky - You're so sweet, thank you!

Dreemsold - You are making me blush girl! Thank you!

Poohbear - Thank you so much!

Isis, your hair is AMAZING!

One of the things I admire most about your hair (in addition to the thickness) is your versatility. If I'm not mistaken, you do all or most of your styles without the use of heat?

My favorite in the 2005 album is the last one- the updo. It's so stunning!!

I've already said it in my pm, your my hair idol and I'm a faithful admirer !!! :)
Your tips are very useful and effective. And not only regarding hair ;)
You're very inspiring !
Keep it up.

I love Isis's hair...as soon as she updates I run to her album :D I like the thickness and the length and the fact that she doesnt use heat is awesome :)

Thank you SouthernGirl!

Yes, so far no heat since July, 2003. And thank you about my updo (french twist). I like it because it only takes me a minute or so to do and all I need are a couple of Good Hair Day pins!
