YEP! It says extra virgin, that's what you look for. My experience with the unrefined was terrible. There's a difference in unrefined and extra virgin. I seal my ends, well my whole head with coconut oil. I also use it as "lotion". Works wonders for the skin too!

It will melt once you warm it in your hands. It doesn't take much for coconut oil to liquefy or solidify for the matter.

I find that particular kind in the health and beauty section usually more in the health section with the vitamins. The only kind you're going to find on the food aisle (in our store) is that Louana's refined coconut oil.

I find it in the food aisle..........in the baking section or oil section (olive oil area) or in the healthy food area- depending upon the store.

The cocnut oil that I get at Wal-Mart is on the same aisle as the vitamins. I can't remember the brand, but it works really good. I've also found it at GNC, but it costs more.
