I recently was given a creme based moisturizer which contains the following ingredients...

Purified water, polyquaterium 37, ppg trideceth-6, propylene glycol, dicaprylate dicaprate, acetamide mea, babassuamideopropalkonium chlroide, isostearamidaprpyl, morpholine lactate, ppg-5, cetath-10, phosphate, cyclomethicone.

I dont have a clue what any of those ingredients are, but when i experimented with it on my hair , it didnt feel greasy or sticky at all, my hair was well moisturized and shiny. so does anyone know if seems okay to use?
