I would consider that a DC...but I guess it's a prepoo (I hate that word) if you're going to wash your hair afterwards.

I've never used AOHSR but it's gotten good reviews...and I love coconut oil so I don't think you can go wrong there.

i think that would be an amazing prpoo. i always prepoo with a very moisturizing deep conditioner over night or for no less than 4 hours.

I just AO HSR as a Prepoo and it is excellent...I think the coconut oil would be a good additive but I really don't think it needs it since it has a coconut base...
