Is there anyone here who doesnt use shampoo at all?

Yes, i do!!! I use the Alberto Balsam/VO5 ones.
it still gets my hair/scalp clean, but my hair remains softer and has extra moisture compared to if i used shampoo.

I do, especially when I have a lot of new growth. I use mane n tail and Queen Helene's cholesterol.

I became a conditioner only last August and recently I have switched to water only rinses. I am now researching using natural conditioners only as leave-ins. I have been water only for 3 months and my hair is great.

i'm doing soapwort root tea/rinse as a shampoo. It doesn't strip my hair and my scalp gets clean

Noo Poo 100% of the time. I don't get build up because I don't use other products.

I rarely use shampoo. If I do, it is only because I want the sudsy experience. Other than that, I am using apple cider vinegar or conditioners.
