I'm also predicting that full lace wig will become more readily available within the next few years too as people graduate on from lace closures to frontals and so on.

So maybe even ventilating a full lace wig?

Is there any kind of niche from doing it handmade and selling them or should we just leave it to the Chinese manufacturers?

If you have an idea for this move forward on it. Do not leave it to the Chinese, they have enough of our money. Look at what the competition is doing wrong and improve on it. Watch youtube reviews to see what people like and don't like. Whatever they like copy it to stay on par with the competition, everything they don't like improve on to to separate yourself from the competition.

Full lace wigs have been popular for at least a decade now. As for making wigs, yes there is money to be made in making wigs. Some people either don't have the time or patience to make a wig. The business is not overly saturated as it seems based on social media. Just keep your prices decent and market yourself accordingly.

Umm I think this is the prime time to be making wigs! Most black women I come across wears wigs/weaves at least sometimes.

A friend of mine had a wig made and the person used a sewing machine!!! It turned out beautifully! You can YouTube wigs made with a sewing machine. Just a thought.

I wanted to do this too. At first I was just making them for myself but I got a lot of my friends on fb interested in me making them for others. I think it will be a good side hustle plus I enjoy the process of making wigs
